The Visions Watercolor Workshops offer you an opportunity to take a break and get involved with the watercolor medium and gain valuable knowledge and skills which can be applied to future works. Classes are conducted in a studio atmosphere using a variety of projected slides that provide subject matter for the class to study and paint.
Rudy Amatangelo, your instructor, believes more in the importance of an artist's ability to observe and compose a subject than painting it - which is the easy part. Therefore, he begins each painting session by reviewing and discussing the slide subject with the class. This provides insight as well as a foundation for the application of sound composition and design principles as related to the subject.
Rudy then demonstrates and shares personal techniques. The class follows by working at their own individual level with guidance and encouragement from him. Later, as part of the program, Rudy will conduct an overall critique
of additional insight in design and aesthetics as applied to subject matter.

Instructions begin at 9:30 A.M. and end at 4:30 P.M. each day.

Class is limited to 20 artists on a first come, first served basis.
Lodging reservations and cancellations are the individuals responsibility.
Group Art Show and Sale by workshop participants.
Tuition: $65.00. Payable in advance or upon arrival at the workshop.
